Resume Makeover Intake

Give us the information we need to rebuild your resume. Raw notes are completely fine. You do not need to have polished answers, and we may follow up if anything important is missing.

Step 1 of 5* Required

1. Your Information & Resume

Start with the basics and upload the resume you want us to work from.

Word or PDF. You may also upload an older or alternate version if it contains useful information.

What needs to be corrected or added?

Examples: current title/company, dates, new role, promotion, certification, skills, or accomplishments.

2. What You Are Targeting

We only need enough direction to make the resume relevant to the roles you want next.

Additional target direction

Please provide up to 3 target job descriptions. For each one, upload the job description or copy/paste the full text. You may also include the URL for reference, but please do not provide a URL by itself because job postings can expire, change, or require login access.

Job Description 1

Job Description 2 (optional)

Job Description 3 (optional)

3. Accomplishments & Results

This is the most important part. Give us raw facts and examples about what you did and what happened as a result. You do not need polished wording, and you do not need to answer every prompt.

Help us capture your impact

You do not need to write polished resume statements. Give us the raw facts and we will do the writing.

For your strongest accomplishments, include anything you know about:

  • What problem, goal, or opportunity you were addressing
  • What you personally did
  • What changed as a result
  • Numbers or metrics such as revenue, growth, savings, percentages, time saved, volume, efficiency, retention, customer results, etc.
  • Scope such as team size, budget, customers, territories, projects, locations, or timeline

If you know the accomplishment but do not know the exact metric, tell us what you know. Do not make up a number. We may follow up for clarification.

For any role where your current resume does not show enough impact, use the prompts below to add raw details.
  1. What business problem, target, or opportunity were you hired to address?
  2. What did success look like, and which KPIs were you measured against?
  3. What was the scope — customers, territories, contracts, campaigns, vendors, budget, revenue, transaction volume, etc.?
  4. What was the baseline before you took action, and what changed afterward?
  5. Which results can be measured in dollars, percentages, counts, cycle time, adoption, error rate, satisfaction, compliance, or retention?
  6. What did you personally own versus influence or support?
  7. What was especially difficult?
  8. What systems, platforms, tools, dashboards, reporting methods, or data did you use?
  9. What recognition, promotion, expanded responsibility, executive visibility, awards, or repeatable best practices resulted?
  10. Share a strong before-and-after story and the actions you took.
Please give us specifics about your actions, results, and outcomes. If your current resume already captures a role well, you do not need to rewrite everything. Focus on information that is missing, weak, or not quantified.

Most Recent / Current Position

What did you do? What did you change, improve, build, grow, save, fix, launch, lead, influence, or deliver? Include measurable results, scope, KPIs, major projects, challenges, tools, and before/after details where available.

Previous Position (complete if additional detail is needed)

Another Relevant Position (optional)

4. Important Updates & Context

Only complete what applies to you.

5. Final Notes

Anything else you want us to know before we begin?

After we review your resume, job descriptions, and intake responses, we may send a short set of follow-up questions if we need additional facts or measurable results.

Prototype note: This form is ready for review and still needs to be connected to the MCH intake/HubSpot submission workflow.
